Introduced to the Japanese market in 2018, "Yamashi" is named after Yamanashi Prefecture in Tokyo. This whisky, aged in pear barrels, showcases a unique and profound flavor profile. It is characterized by a slightly sweet body enveloped in robust vanilla and intense fruity aromas. The whisky is masterfully crafted under the guidance of renowned Japanese distiller Koji Tamura. To maintain the distinct characteristics of Yamashi, the distillation process is meticulously conducted three times and then reassembled to minimize the barrel's influence on the whisky, preserving its original Japanese whisky essence.
