Ingredients Awamori, Plum, Sugar, Brown Sugar

Awamori-zukuri, Brown sugar-tailored, is the southernmost plum wine in Japan.

The "Seifuku Umeshu" is made by slowly dipping Nanko Ume harvested in Kishu, Wakayama Prefecture, into Awamori, the famous sake of Ishigaki Island, and finishing it with pure domestic brown sugar.
It is a sake that brings out a mild richness and unique flavor that is not found in other plum wine.It maximizes the flavor of natural plums, so you can enjoy the refreshing acidity of plums without spoiling the taste.

Way to drink
Recommend to just lock it or split it with carbonated water and split it with soda. Especially, soda is refreshing and light, so it goes well with an aperitif. Also, in cold winter, you can enjoy warm plum wine by putting hot water in a mug or heating it in a microwave.
