雙桶熟成工藝，選用波本桶陳化，最後使用紅酒桶熟成。

柔順纖細的酒體中卻不失醇厚的口感，入口略微葡萄青澀挑逗著舌尖的味蕾，隨後轉化為如橙皮黑巧克力般迷人風味。

完美交融出天然香氣及濃郁果香，風味馥郁。


使用日本大山山脈優質水源，經大自然層層過濾，水質甘甜、滑順、綿密。

每喝一口都能感受美妙悠長餘味，體驗到鳥取縣大山四季的壯麗遼闊風景。

木桶: 波本桶，最後於紅葡萄酒桶熟成。

倉吉威士忌酒廠位於鳥取縣倉吉市，自然環境優美。該地區擁有豐富的天然水，大山山脈降雪量充足。屬於日本海氣候， 四季分明。

松井威士忌不僅僅依靠自己的調酒師，還會邀請數百名威士忌愛好者和其他專業人士進行品嘗並改進。

松井威士忌不僅取決於蒸餾器的形狀，還包括生產釀製和陳釀環境條件。從測試儲存環境條件到木桶類型實驗，我們不懼失敗勇於創新。松井酒造將會繼續努力通過生產威士忌給人們帶來快樂。

 

顯然製作威士忌的過程中優質的水源是必不可少的，但是我們在這一基礎上把在木桶中陳年的事情也當作一個重要過程。

我們公司正在致力於研究能夠生產各種各樣的威士忌原酒，不僅採用傳統葡萄酒木桶或雪莉木桶做的陳年酒桶，也有挑戰使用像日本橡木或櫻花木做的新酒桶。在各種木桶中陳年後，經過我們堅持不懈的努力生產出各種各樣的威士忌原酒，希望能夠讓您品嚐到各種口味的威士忌。
