About Echigozakura Sake Brewery

"Echigo Sakura Shuzo" from Agano City, Niigata Prefecture.

Echigo Sakura Shuzo is a collection of 10,000 stones per year with a unique factory design that is able to produce 10,000 bottles (1 million bottles per sho).By using high precision white rice at low temperatures, you can create a drink with a clean, soft and mellow taste that is unique to Niigata.

Agano City, with Echigo Sakura Shuzo, is located almost in the center of the Niigata Harrano, where the swan can fly, and the Agano River is surrounded by a rich natural environment where the five-head consecutive peak. This liquor is brewed in the wind, resulting in a clean, soft and mellow taste that is just like Niigata. Niigata Prefecture, also known as a famous rice, has approximately 90 alcohols in all areas of the prefecture, and the Japanese Sake Kingdom is ranked 1 in the country.

In order to make the Echigo Sakura Sake brewing, we use "seiro-keran" to ensure the water absorption of rice, and the steamed rice is similar to the traditional Japanese kilon.The fermentation tank is large enough for people to fill in and the shape is sealed with a special shape to seal the fragrance of Daegincho. In addition, to preserve the fresh flavor of DaGinjo we have thoroughly managed temperature increments of 0.1 degrees, from dipping rice to fermenting and storing.
